RETURNS AND SHIPPING:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item, unless the item is damaged or faulty. 

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact info@gcaerial.com.au and provide order number and photos of your product. 

Shipping costs on orders and replacements are non-refundable.

 

SHIPPING:

We currently ship to Australia and all over the world. Shipping is calculated at checkout and is determined by weight.

CUSTOM AND IMPORT CHARGES:

As a buyer, it is your responsibility to check which customs and import  charges may apply, and to pay them.
