Average shipping times within Australia are as follows:
- 24-48 hrs processing and fulfillment on most small items, (rigging, grips and tape)
- Please note, our commitment to excellence requires a manufacturing time of 3-8 weeks for rigs, aerial hoops, and custom apparatus. This timeframe ensures the meticulous crafting of your unique equipment. Kindly keep in mind, this duration excludes festive days, weekends, and holidays. Your patience is valued as we strive to deliver quality that soars above expectations.
- 2-5 business days for delivery of large items using our couriers throughout Australia.
- International shipping with DHL or FEDEX is usually 5-7 business days but can be longer dependent on customs and other factors.
- If you prefer specific shipping times or methods please email us. We would love to help ensure prompt and proper delivery.
Holiday Closure

Closure Dates: Monday, 25th December 2023, to Wednesday, 10th January 2024
